Deep Dive is a look at what I'm most afraid of. The deep, dark ocean, and taking a close look at myself. Sometimes we need to go beneath the surface and take a hard look at ourselves to see if we are who we want to be. Self-awareness, even when it is uncomfortable, is the start to a better self.
