Orders and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by our secure Shopify checkout. Card details go directly to the payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.

Prints and Shipping

Every print is made to order by a professional fine art print lab, then framed and shipped to you. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and shipping time depends on your location. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Returns and Replacements

Because each print is produced just for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not right, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Original artwork sales are final. Because originals vary widely in size and framing, shipping for an original is not charged at checkout. After your purchase, Sam contacts you directly to arrange insured shipping or local pickup in Northwest Arkansas, and any shipping cost is quoted and billed separately.

Privacy

When you place an order we collect your name, email, and shipping address so we can fulfill it. When you write through the contact form we receive your name, email, and message. We never sell your information. The site uses only the cookies needed for the cart to work.
